29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  MAINTENANCE SHOP:  On or about March 22, 2013, flexible (extension) cords were used in lieu of fixed wiring.  An extension cord was run from outside the building through an overhead door and was wrapped around structural beams at the ceiling.  The extension cord energized a relocatable power tap which energized another extension cord that energized power tools.
