Employees were exposed to potential impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.

Construction, Ltd. on or about March 22, 2013, at the address of 2235 South Emerald Shore, Marblehead, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were adequately protected from falls while performing framing activities atop the second story exterior top plate of the residential structure. During this work, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18 ft. to the ground below.
