Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Ridge Road Authority Building - On or about March 22, 2013, employees are conducting roofing work on a low slope roof, that was in excess of 50 feet in its less dimension and 30 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection.
