29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): the employer did not develop, document, and utilize procedures for control of potentially hazardous energy ehwn employees were engaged in activities requiring them. a) At the Laurens County Grain Terminal, on or about and at times prior to March 28, 2013, the employer did not develop, document and utilize procedures for control of potentially hazardous energy when employees who performed work in the grain piton the specific procedures to lockout augers and a motor that provided mechanical energy for an elevator system, exposing the employees to hazards associated with electrocution, broken bones, lacerations and bruises.
