29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) On or about March 22, 2013 and at times prior, a safety monitor and three employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet high in that, the safety monitor was installing roofing materials and was not monitoring the employees.
