29 CFR 1926.50(d)(2): The contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer before being sent out on each job or at least weekly on each job to ensure that the expended items were replaced: The Presidio of San Francisco, California. Building Project 2102: On or about March 21, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure that their employees were protected from first-aid injuries and illnesses by inspecting and checking the first aid kit at least weekly and ensuring that any expended items were replaced.
