29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer didn't instruct each employer in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to their work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) On or about January 2013, on the second floor, in the space being renovated for a dental office, for employees bringing sheetrock sheets through a window that had deteriorated lead paint on the ledge. (b) On or about March 2013, on the second floor, in the space being renovated for a dental office, for employees applying compounding materials and prepping a window with lead paint for future painting.
