Jobsite: The onsite hosting employer did not exchange the appropriate information in reference to the hazardous energy control lockout/tagout procedures with the outside servicing personnel prior to performing maintenance and/or servicing of equipment, such as (but not limited to) the Hobart dish washing unit.
