The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous.   a)     On or about March 26, 2013; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize a welding electrode oven with an electrical plug that was missing a ground pin.  The electrode oven was used to store welding electrodes at an ideal temperature to prevent moisture pick-up.  The missing ground pin prevented the electrode oven from having a continuous path to ground.
