Each such employee was not trained according to the requirements of the subparagraphs: 547 North St, Pittsfield, MA As of 3/26/13, the employer had not trained employees who were required to wear PPE for propane servicing, key cutting, and pipe threading as to: 1) when or what PPE was necessary, 2) how to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE, 3) the limitations of the PPE, and 4) the proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of the PPE.
