29 CFR 1926.760(b)(1): Each connector was not protected in accordance with paragraphe (a)(1) of this section from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet (9.1 m) above a lower level, whichever is less. (a) Location: 9 Maple Street, Marblehead MA 01945 On or about 03/26/2013, employees were not protected from falling while engaged in steel erection activities while working on an unprotected building edge which was more than thirty feet above a lower level. Champion Steel, LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312101819, Citation Number 01, Item number 01, issued on 11/03/2008, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/11/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 349 Lincoln Street, Hingham MA 02043.
