29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about March 26, 2013, at the above referenced job site, an employee was observed working from the bucket of an aerial lift approximately 12 feet above the ground without being secured to the bucket. Advanced Multi Sign, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315357814, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 11830 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025.
