29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, nor personal fall arrest system(s): a) The roofing crew employed by the contractor were not protected from fall(s) of 9 1/2 feet during replacement of shingle roof atop the single-story Mercruiser sales building of D&R Boat World in Green Brook, NJ. Condition(s) were noted on or about 3/22/2013. Family Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 583879, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/20/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 100 White Rock Road in Verona, NJ.
