The used rags are stored in open topped plastic containers in lieu of covered metal receptacles, as determined on March 28, 2013.   Abatement Certification Required for this Item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:     (a)  Press Room:  One gallon and half gallon gasoline containers were used to store type cleaner, CC#7 a flammable liquid, which contains but not limited to toluene and isopropyl alcohol.  The containers were not labeled with the identification of the product and the information regarding the hazards of the type cleaner, as determined on March 27, 2013.     (b) DI Room:  A one gallon gasoline container was used to store blanket wash, ABDICK a combustible liquid, which contains but not limited to trimethylbenzene and xylene.  The container was not labeled with the information regarding the hazards of the blanket wash, as determined on March 27, 2013.     (c) Press Room:  Two plunger containers on the press line were used to store type cleaner, CC#7 a flammable liquid, which contains but not limited to toluene and isopropyl alcohol.  The containers were not labeled with the identification of the product and the information regarding the hazards of the type cleaner, as determined on March 27, 2013.
