29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    (a)R&D Parker Tech Center, Inc. @ 5440 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO 80303: On and before  March 26th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in framing operations on a commerical building, had been trained to recognize the hazards associated with working at elevations over 6'. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees working on-site had not received fall protection training before working at elevations over 6 feet. The employer did not provide training to a crew of carpenters that were working on the roof of a commercial building installing a structural beam. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 8'3".
