29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees working in the screen printing area were exposed to injury from hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed or implemented a Hazard Communication Program that described container labeling, material safety data sheets, and employee training. Hazardous chemicals used in the facility included but were not limited to Magna/Cure UDC-ACE, and Screen Wash 927. 29 CFR 1903.19(C)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
