On or about 3/28/13, on site, for employees dispensing isopropanol anhydrous, a Class 2, daily, from a 55 gallon drum into a 5 gallon container. The employees were dispensing and handling the alcohol in the vicinity without properly bonding and grounding of the metal drum.

On or about 3/28/13, on site, for employees using rags to clean up flammable chemicals such as, isopropyl alcohol. The rags are disposed with the regular trash bin. The trash bin is disposed of every 2 weeks.
