29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about March 28, 2013 and times prior thereto in the Retread Building in the repair area, employees were exposed to the hazards of electrical shock in that a job made extension cord in use did not have strain relief where the conductors entered the outlet box. Handling the cord would pull on the terminal connections made to the outlet inside the box and expose them to employee contact.
