29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:         a)  On or about March 14, 2013, employees were exposed to a fire hazard, the bay door next to the west catwalk had a fire extinguisher mounted but it was not identified;    b)  On or about March 14, 2013, employees were exposed to a fire hazard, the mezzanine of the west catwalk had signage indicating the presence of  a fire extinguisher but none was presents at the indicated location;    c)  On or about March 14, 2013, employees were exposed to a fire hazard, there was a fire extinguisher located at station B0-1, but no signage indicating it presence.
