29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: On or about March 28, 2013, employees operating a tool grinder were exposed to a struck by hazard when two Weld Shielding Non Flammable Gas cylinders consisting of 25% Carbon Dioxide and 75% Argon were not secured in the east side of the machine shop.
