29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a. On the south west side of the first floor where employees were using a scissor lift, the charging cord for the scissor lift was missing the ground prong, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard. The Romanoff Electric Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.404(f)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313155343, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on April 5, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4560 Ackerly Farm Road, New Albany, OH 43054.
