Platt Memorial Bridge - On or about 10/17/12, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 70 feet upon access/egress to and from the suspended worker access platform. Employees were performing bridge rehabilitation activities and were approximately 1 foot from an unprotected edge without the use of a fall protection system.
