On or about 19 March 2013, at the job site located at 3225 Robbins Road in Alexander Arkansas, the employer did not ensure employees exposed to fall hazards were protected while engaged in construction activities.  As a result the employees were exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet to the unfinished ground below while installing ventilation duct work.
