Employees performing framing activities with circular saws connected to a metal junction box having a flexible cord attached were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 26, 2013 the employer did not ensure employees performing framing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling. Employees without fall protection were performing framing activities, at a height of over 10 feet, and exposed to an unprotected fall to the concrete below.
