29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: On or about March 28, 2013 the support holding up the back of the four step was missing. This caused the step to sag down in the middle and go down even more if stepped on. The stair were located in front of the company's trailer and created a fall from elevation hazard to employees.
