29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees were setting the trusses of a wood framed commercial structure while walking along the exterior 2" x 6" top plate and not utilizing any type of fall protection system, they were exposed to a potential fall height measured to be 12'-6".
