29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(v): The employer, who is required to establish an Exposure Control Plan, did not solicit input from non-managerial employees responsible for direct patient care who are potentially exposed to injuries from contaminated sharps in the identification, evaluation and selection of effective engineering and work practice controls and did not document the solicitation in the Exposure Control plan:   (a) On or about March 28, 2013, and at times prior, for employees who use Vanishpoint Tuberculin Syringe and Kendall Monoject Safety Syringes as part of their job duties caring for nursing and residential care facility residents at Golden Living Center located at 1015 Third Street East, Redfield, South Dakota 57469.   Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311462493, Citation 2, Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on August 26, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 1006 M Street, Franklin, Nebraska.
