29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets to provide effective electrical continuity: a/ On or about 03/29/2013, at the saw area, the flex-pipe tubing for the Chop Saw, unavailable model/serial numbers, had a loose fitting, resulting in exposed wiring. b/ On or about 03/29/2013, at the saw area, the flex-pipe tubing for the Trim Track, Model 60" capacity, Serial #062805/PTS, had a loose fitting, resulting in exposed wiring.
