29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) Construction Site; On or about March 27, 2013 and at times prior, as the Controlling Employer, NHB, LLC, did not ensure that the employees of it's sub-contractor, Right-On Builders, Inc., were protected from a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to ground while installing roof trusses while walking the top plate.
