29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and uninstalled power lines where the scaffolds were being erected was less than ten (10) feet (3. lm): a) On or about March 29, 2013, at a jobsite located at 1319 S. Ashland Avenue, Chicago, IL- employees were erecting a tubular welded frame scaffold within eight (8) feet two (2) inches of live electrical power lines, thereby exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
