Employees were exposed to caught-in-between hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: Langston 50 Gluer: On or about March 28, 2013 the employer did not ensure that live (480v nominal) wiring coming out of the side of the machine were guarded against accidental contact by an approved method to protect employees working in the immediate area. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
