29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee(s) on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 03/29/13 CSHO's observed four employees exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing work without using personal fall arrest systems. All of the employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground.
