29 CFR 1910.179(n)(2)(ii): The load was not attached to the load block hook by means of slings or other approved devices: At the time of inspection employees were utilizing a spreader bar holding two magnets to move parts within the Okuma Double Column area. The spreader bar was manufactured by the company and was not an approved lifting device by the manufacturer of the crane.
