29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions:  a) On 4/2/2013, employees were exposed to equipment that processes aluminum dust and tags/signs were not posted on the equipment found on the aluminum side of the plant.  Signs were not posted on the air material separator or the polishers used by employees.   As per NFPA 484, tags are to read as follows, "Aluminum metal only- Fire or explosion can result with other metals ".  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
