The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311517668, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/15/11, with respect to a workplace located at 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64128.
