29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     Location:  In the service areas of W.C. Motor Company, Inc. at or near 14410 Manchester Rd., Manchester, MO  63011.    The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program as follows:    a.)  The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program.    b.)  The employer did not have the material safety data sheets or the correct material safety data sheets (also called safety data sheets) available for all chemicals in the workplace to include, but not limited to, Safety Kleen Premium Gold Solvent, Crest TEC 314 Blast-Off Brake Cleaner, and Crest Muscle Stock # AC-C Carb & Choke Cleaner.    c.)  The employer did not label or properly label containers of chemicals to include, but not limited to, the black refillable sprayers and the Safety Kleen parts washer.    d.)  The employer did not train workers on the hazards of chemicals in the workplace to include, but not limited to, the parts washer solvent, Crest TEC 314 Blast Off Brake Cleaner (flammable liquid that contains Hexane and Ethanol), Crest Muscle Carb & Choke Cleaner (AC-C), acetylene, argon/carbon dioxide, and oxygen.
