(a) On or about March 27, 2013, at the National Park Services Headquarters, Deputy superintendent's office, exit egress was 14 inches wide.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 306193871, citation number 1, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2009, with respect to a workplace located at National Park Service-Usvi National Park, 1300 Cruz Bay Creek, St. John, VI 00830.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a) On or about March 27, 2013, at the National Park Services Headquarters, three relocatable power taps were daisy chained, relocatable power taps were connected to the other, they were series connected to feed electronics equipment.    (b) On or about March 27, 2013, at the National Park Services Headquarters, relocatable power taps were plug-in to extension cords, while the extension cords were plug-in to wall outlet receptacles.    (c) On or about March 27, 2013, at the National Park Services Headquarters,  a relocatable power taps were used to provide power to high amperage/powered electrical appliances.      The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899279, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at National Park Service North Cascades Headquarters, 810 State Route 20, Sedro Wooley, WA 98284.
