29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Facility - On or about 04/04/13, where employees using Sodium Hypochlorite which contain Sodium hydroxide, and Hypochlorous acid (pH=12); and Hydrochloric Acid (pH=1%), a suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided for immedicate emergency use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
