CFR 1926.501(b) (13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) CJ Roofing @ 7100 E. Mississippi Ave., Denver, CO 80216. On and before March 29, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working from a 5-in-12 pitch roof on a residential apartment building. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet eave to ground.
