29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Building #5, at B-2 Black Feeder and Hopper - on or about April 2, 2013, the employer did not ensure that all elevated surfaces were kept free of hazardous accumulations of combustible carbon black dust, exposing employees to deflagration and fire hazards. b) Building #7, at B-4 Black Feeder and Hopper - on or about April 2, 2013, the employer did not ensure that all elevated surfaces were kept free of hazardous accumulations of combustible carbon black dust, exposing employees to deflagration and fire hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
