29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Morehead Ave. Conshohocken, Pa, Lot 3: On or about March 20, 2013, an employee was using an 11 riser stairway that did not have an installed handrail on either side of the stairwell, exposing employee to a fall hazard of not less than 6 feet.
