The branch circuit was not protected from damage while exposed on the ground and an all terrain forklift was found running over the branch circuit.     Sean Leavitt dba Leavitt Electrical Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311592695, citation number 1, item number 2a, issued on 3/24/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 81 New Hampshire Avenue, Portsmouth, NH. The final order date for the citation was on 4/19/2010.
