29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): 29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Branch-circuit conductors shall not be laid on the floor: a. Site- Workers were not protected from electric shock and burns where a 220 volt branch circuit that originated in panel board mounted to a pole at the street traveled across the site on the ground and into the building under construction to another panel board. The branch circuit was not protected from damage while exposed on the ground and an all terrain forklift was found running over the branch circuit. Sean Leavitt dba Leavitt Electrical Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311592695, citation number 1, item number 2a, issued on 3/24/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 81 New Hampshire Avenue, Portsmouth, NH. The final order date for the citation was on 4/19/2010.
