The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  a. On or about 03/27/2013, at the job site - personal fall protection was not used while operating an aerial lift to paint a metal roof, exposing the worker to a 12 feet 7 inches fall hazard.
