29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Location: 91-95 Washington Street, Holliston MA 01746 On or about 4/4/2013, employees were not protected from falling while working from an elevated roof work surface greater than six feet above a lower level. The AS General Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315142026, citation number 01, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/31/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 91 Harvard Street, Dedham MA 02026.
