29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Relocatable Power Taps (power strips) were installed in several electrical receptacles in the #8 Warehouse office where they posed a fire hazard to employees. The power strips were 'daisy chained", dusty and used to power equipment, such as the coffee maker, overloading the power strip's listed and labeled electrical rating.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: The Relocatable Power Tap (RPT or power strip) next to the coffee maker in the #8 Warehouse office was hung from the wall by a nail from the flexible cord end of the RPT, exposing employees to electrical short hazards due to cord damage.
