29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. In the indoor truck parking area of the maintenance shop none of the twenty-two (22) breakers in the electrical power distribution panel were labeled. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.

In the indoor truck parking area of the maintenance shop there were two unused openings in the electrical power distribution panel where breakers were missing and the holes were not closed. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.
