29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. In the maintenance shop six (6) of nine (9) breakers in the electrical power distribution panel were not labeled as to what they operated. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. At the outdoor tractor and truck parking are two electrical cords did not have the outer insulation firmly attached to the male end of the cord. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.
