On or about 4/5/13, at the Buford job site, employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 10-18' as they worked on roofs ranging in slope (between 5 to 8 in 12) and were not using fall protection as they worked from those levels.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
