29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). a) A polyurethane floor coating (Harco 5400 Poly Gloss) had been applied as an initial coat to a racquetball court floor. The employer had not obtained a material safety data sheet for this coating and made the data sheet accessible to employees.
