(a)  On or about 3/27/13 at the NPS, Maintenance Division, Carpenter Shop the Delta drill press type two model 7-65 did not have a guard for the rotating drill.  (b)  In the Road Shop the Delta drill press CAT-400 did not have a guard for the rotating drill.  (c)  In the Welding Shop the Orbit 12" MDOR-OR458 drill did not have a guard for the rotating drill.
